A farmer who was charged for the crime of rape was arrested by operatives of Sibutad Municipal Police Station (MPS) during law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok 6, Brgy. Calube, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte at about 10:20 PM of October 17, 2020. Sibutad Municipal Police identified the arrested suspect as German Malagum Jauculan, 65 years old, married farmer and a resident of Purok 6, Brgy. Calube, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte.
He was arrested for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. 24182, 24183 and 24184, issued by Hon. Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano of 9th Judicial Region, Branch 7, Dipolog City, dated august 24, 2020 with no recommended bail bond.
He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
