DTI’s Negosyo Centers Assisted 2,804 MSME’s In Zamboanga


The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Negosyo Centers assisted 2,804 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME’s), aspiring businessmen, and entrepreneurs in it’s four Negosyo Center located in Zamboanga City.

Grace Aduca, DTI provincial director, said, from January to June 2020, Business name registered 3,234,  trainings conducted 30 with 287 participants.

For January to June 2021, business name registered 2,711, trainings conducted 137 and participants 2,804.

These centers were able to assist them when it comes to trainings, mentoring, business coaching and others.

They can also accommodate those interested for business seminars, counseling for entrepreneur and would be entrepreneurs, and those who are interested or wanted to ask about business. Aside from these, business name registration can also be processed in the said centers.

The four Negosyo Centers in Zamboanga are located at Veterans Avenue at the DTI Zamboanga City Provincial Office, Curuan, Culianan and Ecozone

Trained business counselors are there to serve them they offer online training and 15 to 20 persons for face to face.
