Bubuo ng sistema Department of Transporation (DOTr) para mabigyan ng point to point service ang lahat ng health at emergency frontline workers.
Ito ay batay sa ipinalabas na operational guidelines ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) for the management of emerging infectious disease kaugnay ng ipinatutupad na enhanced community quarantine sa buong Luzon.
Ayon kay IATF Spokesperson at Cabinet secretary Karlo Nograles, katuwang ng DOTr sa pagbuo ng transport system para sa mga health workers ang mga Local Government Units(LGU)’s at Department of Helath (DOH).
Sinabi ni nograles, kabilang sa mga itinuturing na health and emergency frontline workers ang lahat ng mga pubic health workers kabilang ang mga kawani ng DOH, DOH-accredited hospitals at ospital sa ilalim ng mga LGU’s.
Gayundin ang mga private health workers tulad ng mga medical professionals, administrative staff at iba pang empleyado ng mga pribadong ospitals at manggagawa at volunteers ng Philippine Red Cross at World Health Organization (WHO).
