Less than 1,000 new Covid-19 cases were logged from February 13 to 19, the Department of Health (DOH) reported on Monday.
The 895 recorded cases, the DOH said, is 19 percent lower as compared to the previous week.
There were 74 deaths reported wherein four occurred on February 6 to 19.
Meanwhile, there were 406 severe and critical cases confined in hospitals.
Of the 2,086 ICU beds for Covid patients, 311(14.9 percent) are occupied.
On the other hand, over 73 million individuals or 94.59 percent are protected against Covid-19, while 21 million individuals received their booster shots.
Sixty-nine senior citizens or 79.48 percent of the target A2 population received their primary series. -30-
