In celebration of the 29th Police Community Relations Month Celebration, the Zamboanga del Norte Police Provincial Office (ZDN-PPO) recognized the efforts and contribution of its partner stakeholders on July 31, 2024 at Camp Lt Deogracias G Hamac, Barangay Sicayab, Dipolog City.
The event was held in the presence of the Guest of Honor of the culminating activity, Chairperson of Regional Appellate Board (RAB) National Police Commission IX, Atty. Sherry C. Recososa who inspires the ZDN-PPO to sustain its gains in empowering and strengthening its stakeholder engagement and community involvement in the fulfilment of the thrusts of PNP.
Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte receives distinctions such as Stakeholder Awards for Individuals and the stakeholder organization awards. Provincial Administrator Wilberth βGaw Jojoβ Magallanes is among the awardee along with Mayor Seth Jalosjos, Bro. Robert Pinsoy of KASIMBAYANAN, Timuay Pablito Oros Dipolog City SUbanen Tribe, Pastor Ramilo Avenido of Pentecostal Church of DIpolog, Zorayda Mustaril of PRO0 Press Corps PIO and Reporter, Mishel Bala-Montederamos, President of ZNPPO Press Corps, Francis Elveen C. Palma, Owner and CEO of Viewpoint at Tinindugan, Maria Hysil S. Palma, Field Reporter o of 103.7 Energy FM Dipolog City/ Dapitan City Advisory Council.
Meanwhile, for Stakeholdersβ Organization Awardee, the Provincial Government of Zamboanga del Norte (PG-ZDN) receives the distinction award as PNPβs partner in the many endeavors of the Provincial Police Office. The award was received by Mr. Wilberth βGaw Jojoβ Magallanes, the Provincial Administrator of the Province of Zamboanga del Norte. Alongside PG-ZDN is also the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office represented by its Deparment Head, Mr. Norman M. Β Alegarbes, Zamboanga del Norte Press Corps. Kasangga Peacekeepers Brotherhood and Sisterhood Inc, ZN, Provincial Salaam Police Advocacy Groups (SPAGs), Provincial Women/ LGBTQ Advocacy Support Group, KKDAT Katipunan Chapter, St. Padre Pio Dialysis Center Konsulta Provider / JEM Diagnostic Center.
NSU Special Recognition is also given to the Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Medical and Dental Team and Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Legal Office during the recognition ceremony. These offices are also a constant partner of the Provincial Police Office in many of its community engagements and relations activities.
ZDN-PPO also presented Unit Awards for 1st ZNMPC as the Outstanding Provincial Mobile Force Company, Dapitan CPS as Outstanding City Police Station and Sibutad MPS as Outstanding Municipal Police Station. All are recognized for the exemplary practices in carrying out the mandate of the PNP in their respective areas and functions.
The same day, the PNP-ZDN also recognize individuals of the police force who have exhibited an excellent and exemplary work. PLTCOL Joseph R Maulad is names as Outstanding PCAD Senior PCO, PLT Zotico E Calago Jr as Outstanding PCAS Junior PCO, PMSg Marwin L Cimafranca as Outstanding PCAD Senior PNCO, PSSG Sheene B Dumapig as Oustanding Junior PNCO and NUP Satrunino T Pableo as Outstanding PCAD NUP.
Stakeholders during the launching of PNP Family day were also recognized by the ZDN-PPO to include Pastor Gil Buagas Life Coach Pastor of Dipolog Bible Community Church, Dr. Jose Rizal Memorial Hospital of Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte NAPOLCOM Provincial Office, Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Medical and Dental Team, Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Forensic Unit, Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Highway Patrol Team, Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Internal Affairs Service, Philippine Statistics Authority, Land Transportation Office, Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, Office of the Provincial Veterinarian, and St. Padre Pio Dialysis Center Konsulta Provider and JEM Diagnostic Center.
The recognition ceremony is presented to stakeholders by Atty. Sherry C. Recososa, Chairperson of Regional Appellate Board (RAB) NAPOLCOM IX assisted by PCOL Rainer P Diaz, Provincial Director of ZDN-PPO and PLTCOL Charisse B Yabo, Deputy Provincial Head for Administration.
The recognition ceremony aims to recognize and extend the gratitude of the ZDN-PPO to its partner stakeholders who have become partners in the many endeavors of the ZDN PPO.
