Top 1 most wanted person arrested Jamewell Terez Diangco aka Jemuel Diangco (Top 1 Most Wanted Person Municipal Level thru E-Warrant) by virtue of WOA for the crime of New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016 (RA 10883) in relation to SACLEO. He was arrested last September 4, 2024 at around 5:55 PM in Purok 1, Brgy. Poblacion, Sibutad, Zamboanga Del Norte.
Jamewell Terez Diangco, 21 years old, male, single, Filipino, a resident of Brgy. Tugaya, Tubod, Lanao Del Norte.
On the stated place, date, and time, PNP elements of Sibutad MPS led by PCPT JILBERT T ESCOBIN-OIC conducted an intel driven operation that resulted to the arrest of the above-mentioned accused by virtue of WOA for the crime of New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2006 (RA 10883) under criminal case no.27417 issued by HON VICTORIANO DIONGLAY LACAYA, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 9, Dipolog City dated August 30, 2024 with PHP300,000.00 bail recommended.
Arrested person was informed of the cause of his arrest and subsequently apprised of his Constitutional Rights in a dialect he fully understood. The operation was being recorded by the use of two (2) Alternative Recording Devices with device name Galaxy A72 with serial no. R58R43R5JSA and Oppo A77 in compliance with the OCA Circular No. 110-2021, PNP MC 2018-009 and Supreme Court AM 21-06-280.
The arrested person was brought to Sibutad Municipal Hospital for medical examination and subsequently brought to Sibutad MPS for documentation and proper disposition prior return of the said warrant of arrest to the issuing court. (Angelica T. Obina)
