The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) ZDN led by PENRO Cidur S. Julsadjiri attended the Certificate of Land Ownership (CLOA) Distribution Ceremony on March 9, 2023 at Zamboanga del Norte Cultural & Sports Center, Dipolog City as per instruction of the Regional Executive Director Ronald D. Gadot.
In celebration of another significant milestone in CARP implementation, the Department of Agrarian Reform conducted a provincial Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CLOA) Distribution which highlighted the distribution of 188 individual electronic titles to a total of 175 farmers/agrarian reform beneficiaries from the municipalities of Mutia, Piñan, Manukan, Pres. Manuel A. Roxas, Godod, Leon B. Postigo, Gutalac, Labason, Kalawit, Liloy, Sirawai and Tampilisan.
The distribution of titles headed by the Field Operations Office Undersecretary Kazel C. Celeste and Mindanao Affairs Office Undersecretary Amihilda J. Sangcopan was attended by partner-agencies and LGUs of Zamboanga del Norte.
In her message, FOO USEC Celeste emphasized their objective in bringing the government closer to the people and the importance of farmers in the agricultural sector.
Moreover, MARDO USEC Sangcopan extends her gratitude to the partner-agencies for their utmost support and participation during the ceremony.
