Gipangulohan ang miting ni City Vice Mayor Senen O. Angeles ug gitambongan sa mga city officials lakip si City Planning and Development Coordinator Engineer Albert S. Alimpulos, City Prosecutor Atty. James P. Verduguez, City Councilor Atty. Raul C. Barbaso, ug PNP Dipolog Chief of Police Police Lieutenant Colonel Kishna B. Asaali. Lakip sa main agenda ang paghisgot ug pag-adopt sa Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan para sa tuig 2026 hangtod 2028, ug ang security updates nga gipresentar sa Philippine National Police.
Mitambong usab ang mga representante sa nagkalain-laing lokal ug nasyonal nga ahensya sa gobyerno, non-government organizations, ug uniformed personnel gikan sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine National Police, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, ug Bureau of Fire Protection, nga nagpakita sa lig-on nga panaghiusa sa pagmintinar sa kalinaw, kahusay, ug kaluwasan sa mga Dipolognon.(JENIFFER JR.
