Drug suspect Ricky Lumbo Madrona (SLI) arrested in his possesion, seizure of 0.28 gram of suspected Shabu. At 2:49 AM, May 21, 2024,Purok Talisay, Brgy Burgos, Dapitan City.
Ricky Lumbo Madrona, 36 years old (DOB July 25, 1987), male, single and a resident of Purok Rosal, Brgy Ilaya, Dapitan City. CDET operatives of Dapitan CPS led by PMSg Dexter Labisig (lead unit) together with the personnel of ZNPMFC and RID9 conducted a joint Drug Buy-Bust operation resulting in the arrest of the suspect and confiscation of the following items, 1 pc. small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu (buy-bust item) 2 pc small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be Shabu (in the possession of Ricky Lumbo Madrona) and 1 pc. 1000.00-peso bill with serial number KK066249 as buy-bust money,1 unit black QNET Mobile phone with sim card, Two-hundred nineteen (P219.00) proceed money in different denomination, and 1 pc cut Marlboro cigarette pack as container of suspected shabu.
The total estimated weight of the alleged Shabu is 0.28 gram with an estimated worth of PHP 2,000.00.
During the operation, the team used an issued body-worn camera with serial number 5203109B 19103733 in accordance with AM No. 22-96-08 SC and witnessed by media representative Ms. Hisyl Palma, DOJ representative Miss Ritche P Montederamos, Brgy Official Hon. Cyrus Tigon.
Said suspect was informed of the cause of his arrest and was apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect he fully understood.
