A road section in Doña Helene, Basilisa has been blocked by a tree that fell due to #VickyPH. Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Rosario Jra. Roxas-Alon is currently contacting the Basilisa Emergency Operations Center and the DPWH to coordinate.
