Eight delegates among the 30 of the inaugural edition of this year’s Miss Culture International appeared for their press presentation and sponsors’ interview Monday in StoneHill Suites, Bacolod City.

The week-long duration for the pageant is designed to promote beauty in diversity, celebrating different cultures with a cause, may it be humanitarian or environmental.

The eight delegates who were welcomed were Karen Elizabeth Garcia of Mexico, Sylvernie Englebert Belinda of Malaysia, Jasmine Elliott of Australia, Flora Gracia Siagian of Indonesia, Liyah Phiri of Zambia, Blessing Amaka of Nigeria, Ioana Dorohoii of Romania, and Claire Therese Porras of the Philippines.
