MATI CITY, Davao Oriental – Nadakpan sa hiniusang pwersa sa Davao Oriental Police Cyber Response Team (DOPCRT), Regional Anti-Cybercrime Unit 11 (RACU 11), ug Mati City Police Station ang usa ka suspek nga nailhan sa alyas nga “Eugene,” 29 anyos, atol sa usa ka entrapment operation ganihang buntag, Pebrero 24, 2026.
Ang operasyon gihimo sulod sa Mati City Chew Lodge nga nahimutang sa Doña Rosa Street, Barangay Central, Mati City.
Ang suspetsado giatubang og mga kaso sa Attempted Rape, Grave Coercion ubos sa Article 286 sa Revised Penal Code, paglapas sa Republic Act 9995 o Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, ug Republic Act 9262 o Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act, nga tanan may kalabutan sa Republic Act 10175 o Cybercrime Prevention Act.
