Davao de Oro: Teams from the Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force of Davao de Oro visit a total of 9 coastal barangays in the municipality of Pantukan where they meet the Barangay Captains and Barangay Health Emergency Team (BHERT) members.
Heads from the Provincial Health Office (PHO), Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (PDRRMO), Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) and Information Office and other provincial key offices also visited Municipal Local Government Unit (MLGU) Pantukan led by Mayor Roberto Yugo to discuss measures and strengthen collaboration on the fight against COVID19.
The teams were deployed in barangays namely; Tibagon, Bongabong, Tagdangua, Magnaga, Kingking, Bongbong, Matiao, Tambongon and Fuentes where they conducted site validation for the strict implementation of “stay at home”, “community quarantine” and “social distancing” policy, assessing barangay functionaries on the readiness of the preparation of the Barangay Isolation Units (BUI) for Persons Under Investigation (PUI) and knowledge on disinfection process, information materials, among others.
The provincial government also provided sacks of rice for each barangay for BHERT. (Rheafe Hortizano, ID DdO)
