Patient 184: A 45-year-old male from Brgy. Lamao, Liloy. He manifested cough last October 11, 2020 and was admitted on October 18, 2020 at Liloy Integrated Health District Hospital. Specimen for RT-PCR collection was done on October 22, 2020. The patient has been discharged from the hospital last October 24, 2020 and was referred to a step-down facility at Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
Patient 185: A 49-year-old female from Brgy. Goaw, Liloy. She manifested cough and colds with report of undocumented fever last October 13, 2020 and was admitted on October 20, 2020 at Liloy Integrated Health Hospital. Specimen for RT-PCR collection was done on October 22, 2020. The patient has been discharged from the hospital last October 23, 2020 and was referred to a step-down facility at Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte.
Patient 186: A 60-year-old male from Brgy. Sicayab, Dipolog City. Patient was asymptomatic on the day RT-PCR Specimen collection was collected on October 15, 2020. He is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 187: A 26-year-old male from Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City. He developed fever with colds and altered sense of smell on October 5, 2020 and was swabbed on October 14, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 188: A 16-year-old male from Brgy. Galingon, Tampilisan. He manifested cough and colds with sore throat on October 12, 2020 and was swabbed on October 15, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 189: A 27-year-old female from Brgy. Piña, Sirawai. She developed colds with altered sense of smell on October 8, 2020 and was swabbed on October 13, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 190: A 24-year-old male from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City. He developed altered sense of smell and taste on October 11, 2020 and was swabbed on October 15, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 191: A 24-year-old female from Brgy. Upper Turno, Dipolog City. She developed fever with altered sense of smell and taste on October 5, 2020 and was swabbed on October 15, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 192: A 9-year-old female from Central Barangay, Dipolog City. She is a close contact of patient 086. Patient developed cough on September 22, 2020 and was swabbed on October 14, 2020. Patient is asymptomatic and currently isolated.
Patient 193: A 25-year-old female from Central Barangay, Dipolog City. She is a close contact of patient 086. Patient developed colds with altered sense of smell on September 28, 2020 and was swabbed on October 14, 2020. Patient is asymptomatic and currently isolated.
Patient 194: A 27-year-old male from Brgy. Minaog, Dipolog City. He developed colds with altered sense of smell and taste on October 3, 2020 and was swabbed on October 15, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 195: A 33-year-old male from Brgy. Malugas, Katipunan. He developed fever on October 7, 2020 and was swabbed on October 15, 2020. Patient is currently asymptomatic and isolated.
Patient 196: A 54-year-old male from Brgy. Estaka, Dipolog City. He developed fever last October 12, 2020 and subsequently followed with cough, diarrhea and body malaise. Patient was admitted on October 20, 2020 at Zamboanga del Norte Medical Center and RT-PCR Specimen collection was done on October 22, 2020, and is still admitted.
