Mapawa Maragusan nga maoy unang hunat sa pagsugod sa construction sa maong proyekto aron mapaniguro ang limpyong tubig mainom sa mga katawhan sa Barangay.
Ang ceremonial ground breaking nahitabo niadtong Desyembre 18,2018, diin ilang nakauban niini ang mga opisyales sa Barangay Mapawa sa pagpanguna ni Brgy. Capt. Mark Anthony Pilare, ang mga opisyales sa Munisipyo ug ang mga trabahante sa Provincial Engineers’ Office sa pagpanguna ni PEO Chief Engr. Rhoderick Digamon.
Ang Comval Province matud ni PEO Senior Administrative Officer Anna Carmela Alonsabe nakadawat gikan sa opisina ni Pang. Rodrigo Roa Duterte (PRRD) sa mokabat 9 ka mga DILG-PAMANA Projects nga ang kantidad sa kinatibuk-an moabot og P110,154,301.91.
Pinakadako ang para sa Potable Water System sa Brgy. Mapawa nga moabot og P37,162,760.00, diin parte sa maong pundo ang P2 milyones counterpart nga gihatag ni Gov. Tyron Uy ug SP Members sa pagpanguna nila ni Vice Gov. Manuel “Way kurat” Zamora ug Senior Board Member Artuo “Chiongkee” Uy.
