Cong. Bingo Handed 1,000 COVID-19 Testing Kits

Congressman Francisco Jose “Bingo” Matugas II of the 1st Congressional District of Surigao del Norte turned-over 1,000 sets of CoViD-19 test devices worth 1 Million pesos to the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte this morning of Monday, December 7, 2020.

The testing devices were received by Vice Governor Eddie Geed Gokiangkee and Governor Francisco Matugas. Assistant Provincial Administrator Simeon Vicente Castrence represented the Office of the Provincial Administrator. The rapid test devices comes at a time when the provincial government is aggressively undertaking anti-Covid protocols to curve the spread of the virus.
