Azucena C. Macalolot-Credo, Presiding Judge sa RTC Branch 101 sa Talibon, Bohol.
Gipatuman ang warrant of arrest sa karong adlawa Hulyo 30, 2025 sa Purok 4, Sitio Paraiso, Barangay Pitogo, Pres. Carlos P. Garcia, Bohol, pinaagi sa hiniusang pwersa sa Garcia MPS, Bohol Provincial Intelligence Team, Provincial Intelligence Unit-Bohol, PMFC-Bohol, Ubay MPS, CIDG7-Bohol, RMFB7 ug Maritime Police. Nadakpan ang suspetsado nga taga-Barangay Campamanog.
Walay gi-rekomendar nga piyansa alang sa suspek, nga karon gidetener sa kustodiya sa Pres. Garcia Municipal Police Station. Gikatakdang ipresentar siya sa korte aron atubangon ang legal nga proseso ug posibleng masilutan sa dugang nga pinakagrabe nga silot ilawom sa Revised Penal Code.
Gipadayag ni Police Brigadier General Redrico A. Maranan, Regional Director sa PRO7, ang iyang pagpasalamat sa paspas ug malinawon nga operasyon.
