Sa hiniusang operasyon sa kapulisan nga gilusad sa Bayawan City Police Station, 1st ug 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) nakasakmit ug dili mominus 8,000 ka mga tanom nga marijuana didto sa Bayawan City, Negros Oriental niadtong Domingo.
Nahitabo ang operasyon didto sa Sitio Dqntol, Brgy. Manduao, Dakbayan sa Bayawan, Negros Oriental mga alas 9:15 sa gabii niadtong Agosto 11, 2014, dihang nag-foot patrol ang mga personahe.
Ang gibana-bana nga kantidad sa mga tanom nga marijuana nga giibot gikan sa site nikabat sa P1.6 milyones.
Ang nasakmit nga mga tanum nga marijuana giguba dayon sa lugar atol sa operasyon. Dugang pa, ang fully-grown nga mga tanom nga marijuana gidala sa Provincial Forensic Unit alang sa eksaminasyon ug saktong disposisyon.
Si PBGen. Anthony Aberin, PRO7 Regional Director midayeg sa operating unit alang sa malampuson nga operasyon niini, nga nagpasiugda sa kamahinungdanon sa komprehensibo ug nakatutok nga intelligence monitoring.
