Giaprobahan sa Cebu Provincial Board, nga gipangulohan ni Vice Governor Hilario Davide III, ang Supplemental Budget No. 3 sa Provincial Government nga adunay total nga pondo nga P79.6 milyon.
Ang budget gipasar sa una, ikaduha, ug ikatulo nga pagbasa sa parehas nga adlaw sa sesyon kagahapong adlawa Disyembre 16, 2024 pinaagi sa certificate of urgency nga gihatag ni Governor Gwen Garcia.
Sa panahon sa sesyon, gibutyag ni Board Member Red Duterte, sakop sa Committee on Budget and Appropriations, nga ang supplemental budget maghatag og P40,000 nga Christmas bonus sa 1,285 ka empleyado sa Capitol nga mga appointed staff, permanent workers, casuals, ug mga empleyado nga adunay co-terminus status.
Ang breakdown sa P40,000 nga bonus mao ang mosunod: P25,000 gikan sa Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) incentive P15,000 gikan sa Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) nga gitugotan sa Administrative Order No. 27 nga giluwatan ni Presidente Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Dugang pa, adunay P5,000 nga Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) nga na-apod sa annual budget.
Para sa mga Job Order Employees: Ang 1,880 ka job order employees makadawat og P15,000 isip Premium and Gratuity Pay nga subay sa COA-DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2020 nga gi-amendahan sa JC No. 2, s. 2022 ug/o AO No. 13 mahitungod sa Gratuity Pay.
Ang Capitol workforce naglakip sa mga personnel gikan sa executive ug legislative branches, ingon man sa mga staff nga nag-apil sa mga revenue-generating enterprises ug social services, lakip na ang operasyon sa north ug south bus terminals sa Capitol ug ang 16 ka provincial ug district hospitals.
