The City Government of Cagayan de Oro has successfully held pre-judging of the annual “Paskorela 2023”, an annual dress up your motorela contest on Thursday, December 7 at Gaston Park.
This annual spectacle, spearheaded by the Cagayan de Oro City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office, centers on theme, Candy Land Christmas, for this year.
Six iconic motorela units, considered as public transportation icon in Cagayan de Oro City, were transformed into candy shops on wheels outside the historic Water Tank Tower.
Champion will receive P55,000 in cash while second and third placers will get P35,000 and P25,000, respectively, during the awarding ceremony on December 22 at the Rio de Oro Boulevard.
