Police operatives of Pagadian City Police Station, Opol Municipal Police Station (MPS), Opol, Misamis Oriental and Cagayan De Oro City Police Office conducted police operation (implementation of warrant of arrest) at Purok 1, Brgy. Gusa, Cagayan De Oro City at about 1:50 PM of August 24, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Lalove Mauro Azucena, 31 years old, female, married, call center agent, and a resident of Youngsville Subdivision, Brgy. Igpit, Opol, Misamis Oriental.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Attempted Homicide, docketed under Criminal Case No. 18352, issued by Hon. Clyde G. Rondrique, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court In Cities, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Pagadian City dated July 22, 2020 with a recommended bail bond of ₱ 36,000.00.
He was brought to Opol MPS for documentation and to be transported to Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.
