The Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) awards on March 14 the cash gift of Php 100,000.00 from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to our two new centenarians: Francisco Beltran of Barangay Quiling Sur who turned 100 last September 2022, and Eustaquia R. Bartido of Barangay Baoa West who turned 100 last October 2022.
Lolo Francisco and Lola Eustaquia also received a cash incentive of Php 20,000.00 from the city government prior to the awarding of the cash gift from the national government.
Together with OSCA President Viraluz Raguindin in the awarding of the cash gift were SPM Kichel Pungtilan, SPM Bismark Quidang, SPM Markee Chua, SPM Jojo Daguio and SPM Violeta Nalupta. (April Joyce Gonzales)
