Mayor Evelio Leonardia inspects at 12:30 AM today [Monday, April 6] the Bacolod Respiratory Out-Patient Center located at the BAYS Center.
The Center is ready to serve Bacolodnons. It has a triage area, 10 separate consultation rooms, a laboratory collection room, mobile X-Ray, and will have volunteer doctors from the Canlaon Medical Society and the Negros Occidental Medical Society.
The center will allow patients with respiratory conditions such as cough, nasal congestion, asthma or flu, to consult with volunteer doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals at scheduled hours.
This will help ease the congestion at the ERs and OPDs of our hospitals for these kinds of complaints. This facility is not a quarantine center for PUMs and PUIs but is merely a consulting center for mild respiratory cases during this COVID-19 pandemic.
Also today [Monday] at 9 AM, there will be an orientation/meeting of TWG group with the doctors, health care staff, support group like Police, POSO guards, sanitation support, and other personnel.*/CITY PIO
