Be informed that at about 5:00 PM of December 7, 2020 warrant server of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PSMS Aldwin Tagbac conducted Intel driven operation thru service of warrant at Brgy. Potol, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of Jerome Delos Santos Baguinat, 23 years old, male, single, a resident of Brgy. San Francisco, Dapitan City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Slight Physical Injuries docketed under Criminal Case No. 18490 issued by Presiding Judge Hilarion Jonathan G. Maagad of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City dated December 7, 2020, bailbond not indicated in the warrant.
Subject person is now under custody of Dapitan CPS for proper disposition.
