A 41-year old farmer listed as Top 3 most wanted person of Siayan Municipal Police Station (MPS) was arrested during law enforcement operation conducted at Sitio Mauswagon, Brgy. Seriac, Siayan, Zamboanga del Norte at about 2:15 PM of August 23, 2020. Arrested was identified as Eddy Dalangon, 41 yrs. old, married, male, farmer and a resident of abovementioned place.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest charged for the crime of Murder, docketed under Criminal Case No. S-5900, dated July 15, 2019, issued by Hon. Rene G. Dondoyano, Presiding Judge of RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte with no bail recommended.
He is now temporarily under the custody of Siayan MPS for proper disposition.
