Be informed that at about 3:00 PM of December 28, 2020, personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) and Zamboanga del Norte CIDG led by PEMS Rey B. Marcojos conducted joint law enforcement operation at Sitio Lobing Ogis, Brgy. Galas, Dipolog City that resulted in the arrest of JOSE PAXTON ZAMORAS, Filipino, married, male, 41 years old, College Level, Farmer, and a resident of said place by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of “VIOLATION OF QUALIFIED THEFT IN RELATION TO SEC. 68 OF P.D. 705)” docketed in Criminal Case No. 19075, issued by Judge HILARION JONATHAN G. MAAGAD of 9th Judicial Region, Dapitan City, dated December 2, 2020, with bailbond recommended amounting to ₱ 60,000.00.
Arrested accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
