ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL BUY BUST OPERATION!

Over the weekend at Crossing Miranda, Brgy. Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) led by PSI RHOJN DARELL H NIGOS, (OIC), successfully conducted buy bust operation which resulted to the arrest of Richard Tantua y Mazu (High Value Target), 29 years old, male, single and a resident of MMY Village, Brgy. Miranda, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. Seized from suspect control and possession one (1) piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu marked as RMTBB; two (2) pieces big heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance of suspected shabu marked as RMT1 and RMT2 (WITH ESTIMATED WEIGHT OF 10 GRAMS MORE OR LESS AND WITH STREET VALUE OF PHP110,000.00); one (1) piece 1000-peso bill with serial number EM945726 (buy bust money); and one (1) unit cellular phone (My Phone) color black marked as RMT3. Marking and inventory of evidence conducted at the place of arrest which witnessed by Brgy. Kagawad Eddie Garcia and Brgy. Kagawad. Bonie Pocesion of Brgy. Miranda, Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, Media Representative Francisco Navisaga (Aksyon Radyo), no DOJ Representative available despite effort to call them to witness the inventory considering the distance from Bacolod City to Pontevedra Municipality. Said suspect was informed of his constitutional rights in a dialect known to him and held to this station for proper disposition.(PNP release via NDB)
