At around 9:42 p.m. on August 31, a total of 50 returning OFWs arrived at the Bancasi Airport in Butuan City aboard PAL sweeper flight PR4453.
The breakdown of the 50 returning OFWs is as follows:

28 of the arriving OFWs were fetched by their respective LGUs at the airport with the following breakdown:
