Be informed that 11:30 AM of September 3, 2020, PNP personnel of Katipunan MPS led by PMAJ. VINCENT MAGALLANES VIRTUDAZO-ACOP conducted law enforcement operation at Purok 1, Brgy. Basagan, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte and served two warrants of arrest against wanted person Hon. Fe Fortaliza Parangan, 38 y/o, Female, Married, Businesswoman, College Graduate, Filipino, and presently residing at Purok 1, Brgy. Basagan, Katipunan, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of Grave Coercion (3 counts) docketed under criminal case nos. 005-20(K), 006-20(K) & 007-20(K) issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jerry A. Andrino of 5th MCTC Katipunan-Sergio Osmena Sr dated September 3, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 36,000.00 each; and Grave Oral Defamation docketed under criminal case 003-20(K) issued by Acting Presiding Judge Jerry A. Andrino of 5th MCTC Katipunan-Sergio Osmena Sr dated September 3, 2020 with bail bond amounting to ₱ 18,000.00.
The arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Katipunan MPS for proper disposition.
