A strong earthquake jolted Hinatuan on Monday with its epicenter (6.4 magnitude) at San Agustin, Surigao del Sur. The quake struck at 6:47 AM. The Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) is still assessing the extent of damages incurred from the earthquake.
