Pagadian City – A buy-bust operation on illegal drugs was conducted by Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Pagadian City PS on or about 12:51 A.M. of October 1, 2021 inside the room of Bryt Lights Inn, Purok Mangga, Tuburan District, Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
PLTCOL MANUEL RYAN P LIM, PCPS-OIC identified the suspect as one JAYSON CRISTUTA ABING (aka “JAY”), 26 years old (March 22, 1995), male, Filipino, with live-in partner, construction worker and a resident of Purok 6, Barangay Sta. Cruz, Labangan, Zamboanga Del Sur to newly identified personality.
Recovered from the possession of the suspect were the following; a) One (1) piece small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, as buy-bust evidence; Three (3) pieces small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected of methamphetamine hydrochloride “shabu”, possession (recovered/seized), Estimated weight of buy-bust evidence and all recovered evidence from the possession of the suspect is 0.28 grams estimated weigh and the estimated market value is amounting to One Thousand Nine Hundred Four (₱ 1,904.00); and
One (1) piece Five Hundred Peso Bill (₱ 500.00) as marked money bearing serial number EH888923
Arrested suspect is temporarily held in protective custody at Pagadian City Police Station while the case for Violation of R.A. 9165 also known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” against the above-mentioned suspect is being prepared.
