A total of 803 employees of Zamboanga City Medical Center (ZCMC) were vaccinated with Sinovac for its Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccination program which started last Friday.
Dr. Shadrina Tahil – Sarapuddin, ZCMC Spokesperson said, a total of 803 were vaccinated with Sinovac which ended last Wednesday.
Those vaccinated includes: doctors, nurses, and other hospital workers.
Tomorrow, they will also start the rollout of Astrazeneca for those senior citizens employees, those who cannot be vaccinated with Sinovac, and those who chose AstraZeneca.
For ZCMC, they are targeting to vaccinate 1,500 of their health personnels.
Covid -19 vaccination will start from the medical frontliners as they are exposed to the virus and taking care of Covid 19 patients. (R.G. Antonet A. Go)
