A drug personality was seized with about 50 grams of “shabu” in a buy bust operation around 5 p.m. Sunday at Purok Paraiso, Sitio Sibucao, Barangay Banago, Bacolod City.
The Regional Drug Enforcement Unit (RDEU) led by Police Senior Inspector Marc Dado under supervision of Senior Superintendent Remus Zacharias arrested Harold Aliguin, 40; Rommel Cayucado, 46; Renegade Edianel, 30; Frayleon Valencia, 32 and Nedden Ney Mendoza, 20, all residents of the place.
Police operatives confiscated 12 sachets of “shabu”; one digital weighing scale, other drug paraphernalia and one cellular phone. Also confiscated were fourteen (14) live bullets and the P4, 500 buy bust money.
The confiscated illegal drugs have an estimated market value of P400, 000.00.
The suspects were turned over to Police Station 3 for detention and charged for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591. *(CMGarde, NDB)
