Four individuals, one of them considered as high value individual and leader of Angas drug group were arrested by different drug enforcement units of Police Regional Office 9 in a separate anti-illegal drug operation carried out in Zamboanga City and Zamboanga Sibugay on December 3, 2020.
Alejandro Caseria Barriga Jr. (Pusher/High Value Individual/Angas Drug Group Leader), 50 years old, male, widow, real estate agent, was arrested by operatives of Ipil Municipal Police Station (MPS), PDEA and Zamboanga Sibugay Police Provincial Office at Purok Ipil-Ipil, Brgy. Veterans, Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay at about 9:40 PM of December 3, 2020. Confiscated items during the operation were three sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight of 12 grams and DDB value of ₱ 81,600.00; one black sling bag, one black pouch, and one piece of ₱ 1,000.00 bill as marked money and 28 pieces of ₱ 1,000.00 bills (₱ 28,000.00) as boodle money. Confiscated items were brought to Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under the temporary custody of Ipil MPS proper disposition.
Vincent Ramillano Rodriguez, 27 years old, single, was arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 6 at Bagong Dalan, Brgy. Tugbungan, Zamboanga City at about 12:52 AM of December 3, 2020. Confiscated items during the operation were 10 sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 5,200.00 weighing more or less 0.76 grams and two pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills (₱ 200.00) as marked money. Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination. He is now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
Kimsar Kahaluddin Usman, 26 years old, male, married, jobless, and Alsam Jamaani Isnain, 24 years old, male, married, jobless, both newly identified drug suspect were arrested by operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 10 at Purok 3, Abaro Drive, Brgy. Labuan, Zamboanga City at about 11:30 PM of December 3, 2020. Confiscated items during the operation were 11 sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of ₱ 8,000.00 weighing more or less 1.2 grams and two pieces of ₱ 100.00 bills (₱ 200.00) as marked money. Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspects are now under the temporary custody of said police station for proper disposition.
