Paquibato, Paquibato District, Davao City.

Said NPA was brutally killed by his comrades last July 2019 and was buried along a creek line in an isolated area in Sitio Napo. The slain NPA bore two (2) fatal shot in the head.

Rolando Caintoy and Roly Caintoy, the father and elder brother of the slain NPA identify the cadaver through his personal belongings.

Roly Caintoy cries for justice for his brother and said “Dili mayo ang iyung ginabuhat. Makaguba mo ug pamilya ug kaugmaon sa mga kabatan-unan. Naog namu! Walay maayong paingan ang inyung kinabuhi samtang naam o sa mal inga dalan. Maangin pa ang ubang pamilya sa inyung mga dautang binuhatan.”

LTC. Victorino M. Seno INF (GSC) PA, Commander, 27IB expresses his deepest sympathy to the family of the victim.

“While we condemn this cruel act of the NPA terrorist, we extend our utmost condolences to the family of @BORG particularly to his father and brother who are present here today.

This incident manifests the brutality of the CPP-NPA Terrorist. How come they can bear to end the life of their own member? They have no regards for human lives, killing even their own member. It is contrary to what they are advocating that they are respecting human rights” he said.

Meanwhile, BGEN. Nolasco A. Mempin PA, Commander of 1003BDE also conveys his condolences to the bereaved family and condemns the NPA for the unjust killing.

“It is very disappointing that life of our fellow citizen was lost because of the NPA terrorist inhumane prosecution”.

“Lay down your arms and return to the folds of law and we will assist you to be integrated in the mainstream society and live a peaceful life together with your loved ones” he added.
