Drug Enforcement Unit of Pagadian City Police Station (CPS) in coordination with the PDEA conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok Sampaguita, Brgy. Tawagan Sur, Pagadian City at 5:15 PM of January 3, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey Sabanal Balutan, 30 years old, male, married, driver, high school level, and a resident of Purok Mahayahay, Brgy. Dao, Pagadian City and Leoner Gaviola Davis, 33 years old, male, single, laborer, high school level, and a resident of Purok Masanagon 2, Brgy. San Pedro, Pagadian City, both newly Identified Drug personalities.
Confiscated items during the operation were sachets of suspected shabu, weighing more or less 0.20 gram with estimated DDB value of ₱ 1,360.00; and one piece of ₱ 1,000.00 bill as marked money.
Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga Sibugay Provincial Crime Lab Office for laboratory examination. He is now under the temporary custody of Pagadian CPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
