194 Ka Mga Bag Ong Sundalo, Gihatagan Dakong Pagtagad Ug Gipasidunggan Sa Tabak Division

Ang 1st Infantry Division, mipakitag dakong pagtagad ug pasidungog sa 194 ka mga bag Ong migradwar nga sundalo, gikan sa Lima ka bulan nga pag insayo  (training) nga nasulod sa CSC Class 651-2020 kaniadtong Hulyo 23, sa Ist Infantry Tabak Division .

Ang 194 nga mga bag Ong hugpong sa sundalo, gi recruit gikan sa nagkalain-laing dapit sa Pilipinas, nga  diin adunay 74% porsyento, Ang gikan sa  Cebuano area.

Ang Class 651, naglangkob sa 31 ka mga babaye ug 163 ka mga lalaki, kinsa maoy napilian sa makuting paghashas, to form the new breed of soldiers that are the best and the brightest among other recruits.

Niini Nagpahimangno si Maj. Gen. Gene M. Ponio,  1st Infantry Division commander, ngadto sa 194 ka graduates to stay safe, especially now that new coronavirus strains are emerging. It can be recalled that the Covid-19 disease infected the majority of the class. But with the efforts of the Division to combat the spread of the disease, the trainees were finally cleared from Covid-19.

Nagpasalamat ug dako si Major Gen. Ponio, ni Mayor Darel Dexter T. Uy, kinsa maoy keynote speaker, sa maong seremonya ug ingon man ni Gov. Roberto Y. Uy, sa makanunayong suporta, Tabak Division.

Kahibaloan, nga si Mayor Darel Uy, usa ka reservist officer sa Armed Forces of the Philippines, sa ranggo nga Major. Si mayor Uy, kasamtangang commander sa 1st Task Force, 2302nd Ready Reserve Combined Arms Brigade, 9th Regional Community Defense Group, Army Reserve Command.

Samtang sa mensahe ni Mayor Darel Uy, sya nagkanayon “As new soldiers, the Filipino people expect that after you have taken your oath of affirmation, you will put that into heart as the highest order for you,”  dugang pa niya “I believe that this is the essence of this ceremony where the people entrust on to you, as soldiers, the protection of the people and State.”

Samtang Upat (Four) ka  candidate soldiers were recognized for their academic excellence and physical proficiency throughout the course.

Candidate Soldier Albert Firland M. Petiluna graduated No. 1, human nakakuha sa highest general average of 92 percent. Candidate Soldiers Clint Rey R. Armada and Archie A. Tizon are the Class Top 2 and Top 3, respectively.

Candidate Soldier Jimboy M. Elopre received the Physical Proficiency Award after obtaining the highest rating in the physical fitness test.

Ang maong seremonya nagtapos pinaagi sa symbolic entrustment of firearms, which is the Philippine Army’s way of instilling nationalism and reminding the soldiers of the Army’s core values: Honor, Patriotism, and Duty.
