ZCPO Halloween Trick or Treat Party

The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) celebrated Halloween with a Trick or Treat Party at the ZCPO Headquarters, led by City Director PCOL Alexander Lorenzo. Kids of various ages from the ZCPO visited City Mayor John Dalipe, who distributed treats at City Hall, donned with their Halloween costumes.
