Personnel from the General Services Office (GSO) spruce up the Holy Hill at the Climaco Freedom Park in Abong- abong, Upper Pasonanca in preparation for the Holy Week set March 29 (Palm Sunday) to April 5 (Easter Sunday).
The Holy Hill at the Climaco Freedom Park where the 14 Stations of the Cross and the Cruz Mayor are located, is expected to be the center of activities during the Holy Week.
Holy Week is the most sacred week in Christianity, spanning the 7 days from Palm Sunday to Holy Saturday. often concluding with Easter Sunday. It commemorates the final week of Jesus Christ’s life, including his entry into Jerusalem, the Last Supper, crucifixion on Good Friday, and burial.
