Campaign against Loose Firearm (Bilang Boga)

Tampilisan MPS- Be informed that at about 8:00 AM of January 14, 2021, PNP elements of Tampilisan MPS led by PSMS Rodrigo B Baquilta, Operation PNCO, together with PCpl Celbert T Berjame and PCpl Jasen I Malazarte, conducted “OPLAN KATOK BILANG BOGA” at Brgy. Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN purposely to visit firearms holder who fails to renew license to possess firearms. Furthermore, to encouraged firearm holders to deposit temporarily their firearms while pending for processing of firearms license renewal. As a result of the above mentioned activity and focused police operations of aggressive campaign against loose firearms at about 1:00 PM of same date one Julito P. Ladeza, 44 years old, married, Businessman and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Tampilisan, ZN personally turn-over/deposited his private property un-renewed firearm for safekeeping described as PISTL, TRUS, 9MM, with serial number TBUI2953 that expired last July 2, 2015 and was received by PEMS Susan R Yamuta – PPU PNCO.

 

Campaign against Loose Firearms (Bilang Boga) thru OPLAN KATOK

Salug MPS- Be informed that at about 9:00 AM of January 14, 2021, PNP personnel of Salug MPS conducted OPLAN Katok in relation to campaign against loose firearms led by PEMS Alexander A Lozada – MESPO at Poblacion, Salug, ZN. That at about 2:00 PM of January 14, 2021, one Rodney I. Villagracia, legal age, representative from LGU Salug, and a resident Brgy. Poblacion, Salug, ZN personally appeared to Salug MPS and  deposited two (2) units Norinco caliber 12GA Shotgun registered under the name Municipality of Salug with serial no. 0204120 and 0204121 expired last March 31, 2014, with no magazine and ammunition to the PNP elements of the said station during the conduct of Oplan Katok, and was properly received by PEMS Alexander A Lozada – MESPO. Said juridical firearms are now under the custody of Salug MPS for safekeeping and proper disposition.

 

Arrest of Other Wanted Person

Polanco MPS– Be informed that on or about 2:50 PM of January 14, 2021, Intel Operatives of Polanco MPS led by PMSg Gary Lloyd V Dingding – Warrant Server PNCO together with 2 PNCOs conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person in coordination with Oroquieta City Police Station at Brgy. Talahiron, Oroqueta City, that resulted to the arrest of one Cherlito Repusola Abiera, 44 years old married and a resident of Brgy. Obay, Polanco, ZN by virtue of WOA charged for the crime of Concubinage docketed under Criminal Case No. B-44499, issued by Veronica C. Laput, Presiding Judge MTC, Ninth Judicial Region, Branch 2 Dipolog City, ZN dated January 27, 2015, with bail bond recommended fixed at ₱10,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Said wanted person is now under the custody of Polanco MPS personnel and enroute to the said station for documentation and proper disposition.

 

Report on Shooting Incident

Sibuco MPS- Be Informed That at about 3:00 PM of January 14, 2021, Pat Arnold Luyao member of Sibuco MPS, informed the said station thru cellphone call that there was a shooting incident transpired at Brgy.,Malayal, Sibuco, ZDN. Upon receipt of said report, immediately PNP personnel of Sibuco MPS composed of PSSg Yamer Naing, PSSg Rashid Paniorotan and Pat Benzar Caril proceeded to the said place to verify the veracity of the said report and conduct investigation.Initial investigation conducted disclosed that the shooting incident transpired at about 9:00 PM of January 13, 2021 at Brgy., Malayal, Sibuco, ZDN wherein the victim identified as PFC RODEL RAMOS DAIMBA, 39 yrs old (born on July 14,1984), single, Filipino, male, member of Philippine Army under the 26IB, 4ID based in Agusan del Sur and a resident of Brgy. Malayal, Sibuco, ZDN was shot by unidentified perpetrator using unknown caliber of firearm hitting on his forehead. Further, investigation revealed that while the victim was driving his single motorcycle from Brgy. Lintangan, Sibuco, ZDN to Brgy. Malayal of same municipality and upon reaching at said barangay he was stopped by unidentified person and they have an heated argument and suddenly one (1) gunshot was heard by the resident. After the incident, the suspect immediately fled towards unknown direction. The victim was immediately rushed to Zamboanga City Medical Center, Zamboanga City for medical treatment. Sibuco MPS conducted follow-up investigation to identify the identity of the suspect and possible arrest.

 

Campaign against Illegal Drugs thru Buy bust Operation
Dipolog CPS- Be informed that at about 7:45 PM of January 14, 2021 Personnel from ZNPDEU led by PLT LEO FERNANDEZ SUAN – OIC, in coordination with Dipolog CPS and PDEA 9 with Pre-Ops number 30006-012021-0064 conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok Malayan 1, Brgy. Sta. Felomina, Dipolog City, that resulted to the arrest of Manolo Duyongan Aleta Jr, male, 18 years old, single, DOB (February 13, 2002), student at JRMSU Katipunan Campus and a resident of Purok Makugihon, Brgy. Punta, Dipolog City, newly identified SLI drug personality categorized as drug pusher. Confiscated during the operation were as follows: One (1) piece small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy bust evidence), Two (2) pieces medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, Twenty-two (22) pieces small size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu, one  (1) piece Five Hundred Peso (₱500.00) bill with serial number CV500124 served as buy-bust money,  One (1) piece large size empty plastic sachet, One (1) unit black Lenovo cellphone, Two (2) pieces lighters color green and violet, Four (4) pieces crumpled foil, One (1) piece Winston cigarette, One (1) piece empty plastic sachet, Two (2) pieces small plastic sachet with residue and One (1) piece facemask. All drug evidence has an estimated weight of 12 grms and estimated street value amounting to ₱72,000.00. Proper inventory, markings and body search was done at the place of arrest in the presence of Hon. Arecio O. Calibo – Elected Public Official, Mrs. Merlinda S. Tenorio. – NPS representative and Mr. Rosevelt D. Mondinido – Media representative. Arrested Suspect was brought to Dipolog CPS for documentation afterwards to Corazon Aquino Medical Center for Physical/Medical Examination thereafter brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) for drug testing together with the drug evidence for chemical examination and weighing at the said office, while the non-drug evidence was safe keep at PDEU office for court exhibit. Afterwards, suspect was temporarily detained at ZNPPO lock up cell while documents for the filing of formal complaint are being prepared for the violation of RA 9165.

 

Campaign against Illegal Gambling (Domino)
Jose Dalman MPS- Be informed that at about 10:55 PM of January 14 2021, intelligence personnel of Jose Dalman MPS composed of PSSg Noel L Dayo, PCpl Jemmar A Banecer, PCpl Rando C Jatico, PCpl James Carlo R Bagnol and Pat Ace S Sagario conducted anti-illegal gambling operation at Brgy. Bitoon, Jose Dalman, ZN particularly at the house of Abraham Emotin and successfully caught in the act the four (4) following suspects namely: Carlito Epo Isaw, male, 36 years old, married, 4Ps member; Kim Tiu Baynosa, male, 34 years old, single; Eleserio Hilado Emotin, male, 54 years old, married and Abraham Hilado Emotin, male, 60 years old, married, a current Barangay Councilor of aforesaid place and all resident of same place engaged in illegal gambling activity locally known as “Domino”. Confiscated from their possession were twenty eight (28) pcs domino bricks; one (1) pc dice color red, one (1) pc table, one (1) pc ₱20.00 bill, two (2) pcs ₱5.00 coin and two (2) pcs ₱1 coin. Said arrested suspects were brought to RHU – Jose Dalman for medical examination and later to Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.

Campaign against Illegal Drugs thru Buy bust Operation
Dipolog CPS– Be informed that on or about 11:10 PM of January 14, 2021, intelligence operatives/Station Drug Enforcement Team (SDET) of Dipolog CPS led by PLTCOL GILZEN NIÑO R MANESE – COP, conducted drug buy-bust operation at Purok 7, Brgy. Biasong, Dipolog City and successfully arrested one Remon Mariyot Balangitao aka Monskie, DI Watchlisted, 30 years old (February 12, 1990), male, single, high school graduate, electrician and a resident of Brgy. Biasong, Dipolog City. Confiscated during the operation were Four (4) pieces small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one (1) piece big size rectangular heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one (1) piece Five Hundred peso (₱500.00) bill bearing serial number SB899968 served as buy bust money; One Hundred Peso (₱100.00) (two pcs Fifty Peso Bill) served as proceeds money; one (1) piece open transparent cellophane served as container of shabu; one (1) pc pink coin purse. Also declared in the presence of the witnesses and arrested suspect is one (1) piece small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu bought by the poseur buyer from the arrested suspect as buy-bust evidence. Estimated street value of confiscated illegal drugs amounting to Thirty-Five thousand pesos (₱35,000.00). Proper inventory, markings and body searched was done at the place of arrest in the presence of Hon. Florenda Agustin – Elected Public Official, Mr. Rosevelt Mondinido – Media representative and Mrs. Merlinda Tenorio – DOJ representative. Suspect was brought to Provincial Crime Laboratory Office (SOCO) for drug testing together with the pieces of drug evidence for chemical examination and weighing at the said office while the non-drug evidence were safe keep at Dipolog CPS for court exhibit. Suspect was informed of his constitutional rights as an arrested person and was also brought to the hospital for medical examination and now under the custody of the said station pending filing of formal complaint. Cases for violation of RA 9165 were being readied for filing in court against the suspect.
