Declogging and desilting operations in Lustre, Sta. Barbara conducted by personnel from the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), CDRRMO and Task Force John Dalipe yield tons of silt, mud and debris that cause flooding in the area.
The city government continuously appeals to the public to do their part in the proper waste management, as flood control infrastructures and other mitigating measures are underway.
The activity is in response to Mayor Dalipe’s marching orders for concerned agencies to respond to requests for declogging, cleaning and flushing ops.
