Police personnel of Zamboanga City Police Station 6-Tetuan conducted law enforcement operation against wanted person at Estrada St., Brgy. Tetuan, Zamboanga City at 4:40 PM of December 10, 2020. The operation resulted to the arrest Daryl Sweetney Chan Ramos, 27 years old, single and a resident of Estrada Street, Brgy. Tetuan, Zamboanga City.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Qualified theft with recommended bail bond of Forty Thousand Pesos (₱ 40,000.00) each case docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 46133, 46146, 46156, 46162, 46172, 46174 and Qualified Theft docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 46129 to 46175 with bail bond of ₱ 30,000.00 each case and Criminal Case Nos. 46131, 46148,46149,46166,46168 and 46169 with recommended bail bond of Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (₱ 24,000.00) each case for Qualified Theft issued on November 28,2020 by presiding judge Hon. Shene C. Cañete of Regional Trial Court 9th Judicial Region Branch 35, Zamboanga City with total bail bond of One Million Four Hundred Thirty Four Thousand Pesos (₱ 1,434 000.00) for his temporarily liberty.
