Vehicular accident transpired along the national highway of Brgy. Dipolo, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:20 AM of December 14, 2020 involving Honda wave color red owned and driven by Climaco Briones Macapas, 65 years old, married pastor of Dose Kabanay and a resident of Tiaman, Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental; single motorcycle Suzuki raider color red and driven by Jestoni Naranjo Calunsag, 25 year old, a resident of Ballesteros, Pagadian City and Mazda with tubular color blue bearing plate no. 090110 and driven by Daryl Barrientos, 23 years old, single, and a resident of Brgy. Simata, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Initial investigation disclosed that both Mazda and Suzuki raider were traversing in the same direction from Molave and bound for Pagadian City and Honda wave was also traversing from Pagadian City and bound for Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental in opposite direction and upon reaching at above-mentioned place Suzuki raider overtook the ahead Mazda truck and accidentally bumped to the opposite running Honda wave, and finally got also contact to the moving Mazda truck, thereby driver of Honda wave died instantly due to head injury and driver of Suzuki raider also sustained injury and brought to Salug Valley Medical Center for medical treatment.
