A total of 19,281 individuals in the A1 priority group (health care workers) have now been vaccinated in Caraga region, DOH Caraga reported during the 29th RTF COVID-19 Meeting today, April 8.
Some 1,724 were recorded to have deferred vaccination. There are still 34,081 HCWs who are yet to be vaccinated as the health agency identified a total of 53,362 HCWs to receive the first batch of COVID-19 jabs.
The DOH Caraga reports 100.6% consumption rate for the allocated Sinovac and AstraZeneca vaccines in the region. Of the 4,470 Sinovac vaccines allocated for the first dose, 4,4375 have been consumed while the tally for those vaccinated with the AstraZeneca vaccines have now totaled to 14,906, which exceeded the 14,800 allocations for the entire region.
