Surigao del Norte (SDN) —- Joint elements of Malimono Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Sta. Monica MPS arrested municipal level Top 4 most wanted person around 4:21 PM, yesterday.
Provincial Director (PD) Police Colonel Noel C Espinoza identified the accused as Rodulfo G. Salave, 61 years old and a resident of Purok 5, Barangay Masgad, Malimono, SDN.
Operatives apprehended Salave pursuant to Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 29, Surigao City, SDN, with Criminal Case No. 15347 for Violation of Article 336 of RPC (Acts of Lasciviousness) dated March 16, 2021 with a recommended bail bond of Php108,000.00.
“Our strengthened manhunt operations and collaboration with the public yield retribution to anyone who violates the law,” PD concluded.
