PCol. Rolando Balatan Cuya Jr., Director for Administration of Philippine Drug Enforcement Group, and Dr. Rizzel Myrtle Serdan Nacario, 7th Placer in 2023 Dentistry Licensure Exam, have been recognized for his significant contributions in the Philippine National Police Public Service and exemplary performance in the 2023 Dentistry Licensure Examination, respectively.
They were recognized during the flag raising ceremony and in accordance to SP Resolution 2023-17 that prescribes the guidelines and criteria in award of commendation to Irigueños who made significant accomplishments in their field of endeavor.
