Police warrant officers of Police Station 9 in Ayala, arrested their top 4 most wanted in Vitali, Zamboanga City Friday.
Regional police spokesman P/Capt. Edwin Duco claimed the police officers served the warrant of arrest to Rodrigo De Jesus y Dela Cruz at Sitio Cuatro Ohos, Mangkawilan, Barangay Vitali.
He was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest for the crime of Murder with Criminal Case No. 21670 issued by Presiding Judge Danilo M. Bucoy, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 17, Zamboanga City with No bail bond recommended, Duco claimed.
De Jesus, 48, is residing in the said sitio and is farming in the area.
