The Zamboanga City Police Office (ZCPO) showcases the P6M worth of anti-terrorism equipment donated by the US State Department during the flag raising ceremony in City Hall Monday morning.

Mayor John Dalipe thanked the US government, as he expressed confidence that the new equipment will beef up counter-terrorism capabilities of the EOD team of the local police and ultimately help further improve security in the city.

The equipment includes bomb suits, bomb X-ray machines, explosive identification equipment, robot and EO bag tactical kits. The donation forms part of the Anti-Terrorism Assistance Program of the US State Department.
