The City Government of Surigao, through the City Human Resource Management and Development Office, proudly honored Rommel N. Borja from the City Traffic and Management Office (CTMO) earlier today, August 5, 2024, during the flag-raising ceremony.

Borja’s dedication and hard work have been recognized by the Civil Service Honor Awards Program.

The Civil Service Commission’s Honor Awards Program (HAP) seeks to acknowledge public service role models who show exceptional commitment to serving the public. Borja’s contributions to improving traffic management and ensuring community safety are commendable.

The award was presented by City Vice Mayor Alfonso S. Casurra, City Councilor Joenil Aldonza, City Councilor Karl Duane Casurra, City Councilor Baltazar Abian, City Councilor Joseph Joey Yuipco, and Sangguniang Kabataan Federated President Jenelyn Edulzura.
