French Ambassador, Madame Michèle Boccoz, visited Espoir School of Life, a multi-awarded NGO located in Del Carmen, and experienced its livelihood programs together with the women beneficiaries. The Ambassador also inspected the on-going improvements of the facilities.
Ms Jerlyn Rabaca, Program Director of Espoir, together with another NGO, the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development (ACTED), presented the learning system. Ms. Rabaca acknowledged the full support of LGU-Del Carmen led by Mayor JR Coro.
Amb. Boccoz also paid courtesy visit to the Municipal Mayor of General Luna, Hon. Sol Forcadilla Matugas.
